Contractors All Risks – Annual insurance

Steve is the Head of Construction for Insurance Trust Company GmbH, having joined the company in 2025. He has worked in the insurance industry for 35 years, of which 26 years were spent at RSA and latterly, nine years at Allianz. Steve has a deep technical and market knowledge of the construction and engineering insurance market, having led the underwriting of some of the largest conventional power and renewable energy risks in the UK and Europe.

Steve is married with two daughters and a keen sports fan, enjoying rugby, football, Formula 1 and golf.

Nic is the Development Director for Insurance Trust Company GmbH, and joined the company in 2018. He began as a trainee underwriter after graduating with a degree in economics. Nic went on to gain 13 years’ technical expertise and experience in the industry. He has been writing commercial and construction insurance for over 10 years, the last five years spent at Insurance Trust Company GmbH specialising in construction with a substantial focus on underwriting and business development.

Outside work, Nic enjoys running, cycling, surfing, hiking and travel.

Aaron is the Underwriting Manager in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team, having joined the company in 2020 and has over 12 years of underwriting experience.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys keeping fit at the gym and playing football and golf. He also loves spending time with his daughter.

Luke is a Senior Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team. He joined in 2016 and has over seven years’ experience in the insurance industry, specialising in underwriting Liability and Contractors All Risk insurance.

In his downtime, Luke plays football and golf. He enjoys cycling and taking holidays with friends and family.

Lucy is a Senior CAR Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team. She joined in 2023 and has over 12 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specialising in underwriting single construction and renovation projects.

In her downtime, Lucy enjoys art and listening to music. She also loves spending time with her two young sons.

Aimee is an Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team, joining the company in 2019 and has over four years' experience in the industry. She became an underwriter specialising in the construction sector after finishing university and is currently studying for her DIP CII qualification.

Outside work, Aimee loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys long walks with her Yorkshire terrier dog.

Matt is an Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team. He joined in 2022, after working as a construction broker for six years. He specialises in Liability, Contractors All Risk, Professional Indemnity and Motor Fleet insurances.

In his down time, Matt loves to watch and play football, eat out with friends and has a passion for exploring new places around the world.

Amy is a CERT CII qualified Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team and is currently working towards her DIP CII qualification. She has over six years' experience in the insurance industry and joined the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team in 2022.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as travelling and long country walks with her dog.

Olivia is an Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team. She joined in 2023 and has over five years' experience in the insurance industry, specialising in Commercial Combined, Property Owners and Construction underwriting.

In her down time, Olivia enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with friends and family.

Billy is a Cert CII qualified Underwriter in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team, joining in 2023. He has over five years' experience in insurance, with two years specifically in Underwriting.

Outside of work, he plays golf and football and enjoys spending time with friends.

Daisy is a Cert CII qualified Underwriter specialising in Commercial Combined and Construction Underwriting. Having started in claims in 2018, Daisy then became a Commercial Insurance broker in 2019. She left broking in 2022 to become a Commercial Schemes Underwriter before joining Insurance Trust Company GmbH in 2024.

Outside of work, Daisy is into sports and going to the gym. She also enjoys eating out with friends/family, going on walks with her dogs and spending time with her ponies.

Faye is an Underwriting Assistant in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team, joining the company in 2023. She is enjoying her first role in insurance, after completing her Economics degree.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and show jumping with her horse.

Ciara is an Underwriting Assistant in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH Construction team. She joined in 2023, previously having two years' experience in claims. Ciara also has a history degree from the University of East Anglia.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and exploring new countries, spending time with friends and family and taking her Labradoodle on walks.

Carmela is the Claims Administrator in the Insurance Trust Company GmbH team. She joined in 2009 and has over 14 years' experience in the insurance industry, specialising in claims.

In her downtime, Carmela enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family.
